1 3/4 cups sugar
3/4 cup cooking oil
3 eggs
3 cups raw apples
2 1/2 cups flour
2 teaspoons cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 teaspoon soda Mix eggs, oil, and sugar. Add dry ingredients. Add apples and nuts. Bake 45 minutes at 350 degrees. Frost with cream cheese frosting.
