Meat Loaf

2 lb ground beef
1/2 c onion
1 egg
1 can crean of mushroom soup
1 t salt
1/2 c bread crumbs
1 T worcestershire sauce
Dash of pepper
2 T chopped parsley

Mix all together well. bake for 1-1 1/2 hours at 350. tomato slices may be put on top or at the last minute grate cheese over top for variety.
