Homemade Ice Cream

8 cups milk
4 tablespoons flour
2 1/2 cups sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 1/2-2 pints cream
4 eggs beaten
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon lemon flavoring Mix sugar, flour, and salt. Warm milk, add sugar mixture and eggs. Cook until thickened, add cream, vanilla, and lemon flavoring. Freeze in an ice cream freezer.
