Lemon Meringue Bars

Crust:
1 cup butter
1/2 cup powdered sugar
2 cups flour

Filling:
4 eggs beaten
2 cups sugar
6 teaspoons lemon juice


Crust:
Combine and mix well, press into a 9 X 113 pan. Bake 350 degrees for 15 minutes or until brown.

Filling:
Combine and pour over cool crust. Bake at 350 degree about 30 minutes or until set. Cool and 1/4 cup flour sprinkle with powdered sugar. Cut in squares

Walnut Harvest Cake Frosting

1/4 cup canned milk
1 cube margarine
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 cup brown sugar
2 cups powdered sugar Heat milk, margarine and brown sugar until sugar is melted. Add powdered sugar and vanilla.
