Perfect Pumpkin Pie

1 15oz can pumpkin
1 14oz can sweetened condensed milk
2 eggs
1 Teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/2 Teaspoon ground ginger
1/2 Teaspoon nutmeg
1/2 Teaspoon salt
1 Ready made graham cracker crust ..or
1 9 inch pie crust
Preheat oven to 425º
Beat all ingredients and pour into crust. For either type of crust bake 15 minutes Reduce heat to 350º and bake 35 to 40 minutes or until set. Cool.
Note: protect edges of pie with strip of tin foil
