Elderberry Jelly

6 1/2 cups of elderberry juice
2 1/2 packages of pectin
1/2 cup lemon juice
6 1/2 cups sugar Follow pectin recipe on how to mix. Cook about 4 minutes or until it makes a double drop from spoon.

That brings back memories~ one summer, Paul and I picked elderberries (and black raspberries and red raspberries) until our fingers were sore. Then we made jelly on our campfire! It was the first time I'd ever made jelly or jam or canned anything.
