Chocolate Brownies

1 cup sugar
1/2 cup margarine
2 large eggs
4 tablespoons cocoa moistened in hot water
4 tablespoons milk
1 cup flour
1 cup nuts Cream margarine, sugar and eggs, and cocoa. Add dry ingredients and nuts. Put in a 9 x 9 pan. Bake 20 minutes at 350 degrees.
