1 cup shotening
2 cups sugar
2 teaspoons vanilla
1 cup packed brown sugar
2 teaspoons soda
1 cup margarine
4 eggs
1 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons milk
7 cups flour Cream sugar, eggs, shortening and margarine, add milk and vanilla. Sift dry ingredients and add to creamed mixture. Mix and roll into two rolls about 2 inches thick. Wrap in plastic wrap and freeze. Slice and put filling between slices. Good without filling. Use Cookie Filling Recipe.
